MEXICAN LIME SOUR, 5 IBU
This is a fusion of styles: inspired by both, a classic Mexican light lager and a citrus-forward kettle sour.
165 SHOWER BEER
CALLISTA, CASHMERE, AND VIC SECRET DRY-HOPPED ALE, 21 IBU
Defined by its light and easy-drinking qualities while also offering a fruit basket of aromas from the heavily dry hop of Callista and Cashmere. This beer is extremely crushable.
231 BLACKCURRANT FRUITED ALE
FRUITED ALE, 10 IBU
This beer showcases one of BC’s native fruits. The result is an intensely red-purple hue with a grape-candy-like aroma and a tart finish.
250 LONDON FOG ALE
TEA-INFUSED AMERICAN ALE, 17 IBU
Smooth, easy-drinking ale infused with Silk Road’s London Fog organic black tea blend. Flavours of bergamot, vanilla and spice complement a creamy mouthfeel.
299 TURMERIC ALE
SPICED PALE ALE, 21 IBU
Originally brewed with our friends from the Lebanese restaurant, Nuba. This pale ale is spiced with cardamom and coriander.
445 GALAXY IPA
HAZY IPA WITH GALAXY & MOSAIC HOPS, 15 IBU
Brewed with malted wheat and oats to generate a full-bodied, silky-smooth experience, plus an expressive English yeast strain to amplify all of those wonderfully tropical aromas and flavours.
710 OAKED STOUT
DRY OAKED STOUT, 20 IBU
Aromas of vanilla from American oak compliment the roasted malt character of this delicious dry stout.
