Here are our current beers and their recipes. This list comprises new beers, popular mainstays, and repeat offenders. We encourage you to brew them at home and let us know how it goes!

110 LSCH
LAGERED GERMAN-STYLE ALE,
25 IBU
A Leichtbier is a German-style light lager with a low ABV% and body while maintaining substantial crackery European malt and zesty, earthy hop character.

165 SHOWER BEER
CALLISTA, CASHMERE, AND VIC SECRET DRY-HOPPED ALE,
21 IBU
Its light and easy-drinking qualities define it while offering a fruit basket of aromas from the heavily dry hop of Callista and Cashmere. This beer is exceptionally crushable.

250 LONDON FOG ALE
TEA-INFUSED AMERICAN ALE, 17 IBU
This smooth, easy-drinking ale is infused with Silk Road’s London Fog organic black tea blend. Flavours of bergamot, vanilla, and spice complement a creamy mouthfeel.

299 TURMERIC ALE

SPICED PALE ALE, 21 IBU
This pale ale, brewed initially with our friends from the Lebanese restaurant Nuba, is spiced with cardamom and coriander.

257 SAKURA SAISON
LIGHT SAISON WITH HIBISCUS & ORANGE BLOSSOM, 0 IBU
Inspired by Vancouver’s annual spring bloom of Sakura. We use pilsner malt and flaked corn to create a super light base upon which we layer a touch of hibiscus for an iconic pink blush. Jasmine green tea and a smidge of rosewater combine with an expressive hybrid saison yeast strain to generate a lovely bouquet of honeyed floral aromas.

445 GALAXY IPA

HAZY IPA WITH GALAXY & MOSAIC HOPS, 15 IBU

Brewed with malted wheat and oats to generate a full-bodied, silky-smooth experience, plus an expressive English yeast strain to amplify those wonderfully tropical aromas and flavours.

612 COFFEE SCHWARZBIER

SCHWARZBIER WITH ROASTED COFFEE, 20 IBU

A schwarzbier is a dark German lager that balances roasted yet smooth malt flavours with moderate hop bitterness. Its lighter body, dryness, and lack of a harsh, burnt, or heavy aftertaste help make it quite drinkable.
