110 KÖLSCH
LAGERED GERMAN-STYLE ALE, 25 IBU
As part of our 100 series, this Kölsch is light, crisp, and fermented with Cologne ale yeast. Featuring Euro-Pils malt for a bready character and Hallertau hops for floral and herbal notes, it finishes dry and refreshing
165 SHOWER BEER
CALLISTA, CASHMERE, AND VIC SECRET DRY-HOPPED ALE, 21 IBU
Its light and easy-drinking qualities define it while offering a fruit basket of aromas from the heavily dry-hopped Callista and Cashmere. This beer is exceptionally crushable.
216 CALIFORNIA COMMON
STEAM BEER, 38 IBU
A bold steam beer brewed with Chinook hops. Rich amber with aromas of pine, spice, and caramel malt. Toasty and slightly nutty, with grapefruit rind, earthy bitterness, and a dry finish. A West Coast spin on a classic hybrid.
250 LONDON FOG ALE
TEA-INFUSED AMERICAN ALE, 17 IBU
This smooth, easy-drinking ale is infused with Silk Road’s London Fog organic black tea blend. Flavours of bergamot, vanilla, and spice complement a creamy mouthfeel.
299 TURMERIC ALE
SPICED PALE ALE, 21 IBU
This pale ale, brewed initially with our friends from the Lebanese restaurant Nuba, is spiced with cardamom and coriander.
356 RASPBERRY LEMON SOURWEISSE
SOUR WHEAT ALE WITH FRUIT, 16 IBU
Our 323 Sourweisse with added raspberries and lemon. This beer is a kettle-soured wheat ale with a balanced sweet and tart profile.
445 GALAXY IPA
HAZY IPA WITH GALAXY & MOSAIC HOPS, 15 IBU
As part of our 400 Series, this IPA highlights Galaxy and Mosaic hops, delivering tropical notes of passionfruit, peach, papaya, and citrus. Brewed with malted wheat, oats, and an English yeast strain for a smooth, full-bodied finish.
