HAZY IPA WITH GALAXY & MOSAIC HOPS

This aromatic IPA contains Galaxy and Mosaic hops, which bring to mind passionfruit, peach, papaya, and citrus. Brewed with malted wheat and oats to generate a full-bodied, silky-smooth experience, plus an expressive English yeast strain to amplify all of those wonderfully tropical aromas and flavours.

0.2lbs Rice Hulls

0.5oz Galaxy - Boil 5min

0.5oz Mosaic - Boil 5min

1.5oz Galaxy - Whirlpool

1.5oz Mosaic - Whirlpool

5oz Mosaic - Dry Hop

5oz Galaxy - Dry Hop

Mash: 68°C, 60 minutes

Alcohol Content: 6.2 ABV
