SPICED PALE ALE
Originally brewed with our friends from Lebanese restaurant, Nuba, this pale ale is spiced with cardamom and coriander. We then infuse it with fresh pressed ginger and turmeric juice, resulting in an earthy, cirtrusy, and spicy pale ale.

11.2lbs Canadian 2-Row

5.6lbs Wheat Malt 

3.1lbs Munich 1 Malt

1oz Nugget - Boil 60min

1oz Saaz - Whirlpool

2.5g Coriander Seed - Whirlpool

1.25g Green Cardamom - Whirlpool

1.5oz Fresh Ginger Juice - Post fermentation

1.5oz Fresh Turmeric Juice - Post fermentation

Bitterness: 21 IBU
