Kettle Sour Wheat Ale with added raspberry and lemon. Perfect for summer, it's millennial pink, fruity and refreshing.

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.
7.5lbs Canadian 2 Row
7.5lbs Wheat Malt
2.5lbs Carafoam
1-2pkgs WLP693 Lactobacillus
1oz Chinook - Boil 60min
2pkgs WB-06
3lbs Raspberry Puree - End of fermentation
Zest from 1-2 Lemons - End of fermentation

Add raspberry puree and lemon zest at end of fermentation for 2-3 days.
MASH STEPS.
66°C, 60min

SOUR.
40°C, 24 to 36 hours until pH reaches 3.0-3.4
