As part of our 300 Series, this beer was inspired by a vibrant pink Kettle Soured Wheat Ale. Fermented with fresh raspberry puree and lemon zest, expect tart, fruity, and refreshing flavours perfect for a sunny day.

Alcohol Content: 5.2 ABV

Bitterness: 16 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

10lbs Canadian 2-Row

5lbs Canadian Wheat Malt

2.5lbs Canadian Flaked Wheat

1-2pkg - WLP693 Lactobacillus brevis

1oz Chinook - Boil 40 min

22g - US-05

3lbs Raspberry Puree - End of fermentation

Zest from 1-2 lemons - End of fermentation

MASH STEPS.

66°C, 60min

40°C, 24 to 36 hours until pH reaches 3.0-3.4
