THE BEER.
Our beers are numbered using a system based on the way in which universities and colleges number courses by their degree of complexity and expertise. Each beer's corresponding number reflects the sophistication of its flavour profile. Lower numbers indicate a more entry-level beer, while higher numbers are reserved for more experimental and bold-flavoured beers.

101  LAGER
LAGER, 20 IBU
Our most approachable beer takes you back to the basics. This lager is crisp and fresh with pleasant herbal, earthy and floral overtones from the Saaz hops. 
105 PATAGONIA LAGER
LAGER, 25 IBU
Our first lager brewed with malt from Patagonia, Chile. This crisp and fresh lager is a typical lager with pleasant herbal, earthy and floral overtones from the Saaz hops.  
107 BLONDE
BLONDE ALE, 20 IBU
This easy-drinking blonde is crisp and refreshing with a creamy head and a sweet finish.
109 KOLSH
KOLSH, 18 IBU
This refreshing Kolsch has a delicate fruit and sweet aroma that comes from the lagering stage of the German Ale Yeast.

Our own take on the Czech Pilsner. Subtle earthy and citrus notes from the Sterling hops.
133 MANGO PARTY CREAM ALE
CREAM ALE, 22 IBU
Smooth and crushable cream ale infused with Wize Monkey’s Mango Party Coffee Leaf Tea. Aromas of mango from the with citrus notes from Mandarin Bavaria hop.
165 SHOWER BEER
CALISTA AND CASHMERE DRY HOPPED ALE, 21 IBU
Defined by its light and easy-drinking qualities while also offering a fruit basket of aromas from the heavily dry hop of Calista and Cashmere. This beer is crushable.
 
183 SMASH COLLAB WITH DOAN'S
SINGLE MALT SINGLE HOP WITH WET CASCADE, 45 IBU
1830 Ontario Street & 1830 Powell Street collaboration. A crushable and quenching mouthfeel, floral & citrusy aroma balanced with a malty backbone. 
196 RED LAGER
AMBER LAGER, 18 IBU
This refreshing lager boasts delicious malty flavours with a hint of caramel. Floral hop notes and mild bitterness balance out this beer, resulting in a very easy drinking red lager.
241 MINZEWEIZEN
MINT HEFEWEIZEN, 09 IBU
This hazy wheat beer is brewed with peppermint tea, giving it a refreshing taste and a smooth finish.
250 LONDON FOG ALE
TEA-INFUSED AMERICAN ALE, 17 IBU 
Smooth, easy-drinking ale infused with Silk Road’s London Fog organic black tea blend. Flavours of bergamot, vanilla and spice complement a creamy mouthfeel.
 
305 SAISON
FRENCH SAISON, 21 IBU
This hazy brew showcases the delicious and complex flavors of Fermentis BE 134 yeast, with Golding hops providing flowery notes. Wheat and Münich malt lend aromas of fruit and spice.
314 GINGER SAISON
FRENCH SAISON + GINGER, 21 IBU
A French-style Saison with notes of clove complemented by an addition of local, fresh-pressed ginger juice. a spicy twist on this classic style.  
 
323 SOURWEISSE
SOUR WHEAT ALE, 16 IBU
This our version of a Berliner Weise with a little more punch. This beer is a kettle soured wheat ale with a pleasant tartness and notes of citrus. 
 
340 DUNKELWEIZEN
DARK WHEAT ALE, 17 IBU
A mahogany coloured Weizen beer with fruit forward aromas and light caramel notes.
356 RASPBERRY LEMON SOURWEISSE
SOUR WHEAT ALE WITH FRUIT, 16 IBU
Our 323 Sourweisse with added raspberries and lemon. This beer is a kettle soured wheat ale with a balanced sweet and tart profile. 
 
378 WILD SMASH
SINGLE MALT SINGLE HOP ALE, 28 IBU
Our SMaSH is a perfect marriage of Golden Promise malt with Cascade hops, and a little Sacch Trois to keep things funky.
379 WET + WILD SMASH
SINGLE MALT SINGLE HOP ALE, 18 IBU
Our SMaSH is a perfect marriage of Golden Promise malt with wet hop Cascade, and a little Sacch Trois to keep things funky.
396 CENTENNIAL RED ALE

RED ALE WITH WEST COAST HOPS, 30 IBU 

(*PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS 516 CENTENNIAL ESB)

The Double Roasted Caramel malt gives this beer a full body and toffee flavour. Fresh Centennial lends an aroma of a forest right after it rains.
