DRY-HOPPED AMERICAN PALE ALE
This American Pale Ale is light and refreshing, brewed with a single-malt base of Canadian two-row barley malt, on which we are showcasing two unique hop varieties - Talus & Idaho 7.

Talus hops are a relatively new variety, having been released in 2020, and they are known to contribute aromas of pink grapefruit, dried roses, pine resin, and sage.

Idaho 7 hops have been around since 2015, and they can contribute apricot, guava, lemon, and orange pith aromas.

Expect a very citrus-forward beer with subtle floral, herbal, and woody background notes.
