Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue with the products, or want to discuss anything else on the order, please email the problem details, order number, and photos to


The return address is set by default to the Printful facility, which manufactures our merchandise. When Printful receives a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Faculty Brewing Co., 1830 Ontario Street, Vancouver, V5T 2W6. You are welcome to return items to the Faculty at this address, and we’ll manage the return directly.


Wrong Address—If the courier considers your address insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturing facility. Once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable), you will be liable for reshipment costs.


Unclaimed—Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our manufacturing facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping them to yourself (if and as applicable).

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as, but not limited to, face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You now agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.


Returned by Customer - Please get in touch with us at before returning any products. Returns for products and size exchanges are offered case-by-case and not necessarily accepted. Each returned item will be evaluated to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
