BOTTLE CONDITIONED TRIPEL

As the third release in The Graduate Series, our Tripel is packed with big aromas and flavours that round out this high ABV brew. We used Belgian yeast to give us all the flavour without a huge amount of residual sugar. A balance of malt and caramel notes, with plenty of fruit and phenolics gives this beer a rich robust flavour.

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

18.5lbs Belgian Pilsner

6.0lbs Vienna
3.3lbs Pale Wheat Malt

3.3lbs Aromatic

1oz Goldings - Boil 60 mins
1oz Nugget - Boil 60 mins

1.5oz Saaz - Whirlpool

1pkg WY 3787

Alcohol Content: 8.2 ABV

Bitterness: 24 IBU

MASH STEPS.

Mash In: 66°C, 60 minutes

FERMENTATION.

18-24°C over first three days
