GIN INSPIRED ALE COLLABORATION WITH JUNIPER KITCHEN + BAR

This beer is inspired by the botanicals used in making gin. Notes of juniper, coriander, grapefruit, cardamom, spruce tip, and green apple can all be found in this delicious botanical ale. 

Alcohol Content: 5.2 ABV

Bitterness: 20 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

15 lbs Canadian 2-Row

2.5 lbs Golden Naked Oats

2.5 lbs Wheat Malt

1 oz Magnum - Boil 60 mins

1.5 oz Coriander - Boil15 mins

1 oz Juniper Berries - Boil15 mins

1 oz Chinook - Whirlpool

1 oz Cascade - Whirlpool

1 oz Centennial - Whirlpool

110 mL Gin Tinctures Infused with Grapefruit - Post Fermentation 

110 mL Gin Tinctures Infused with Cardamon - Post Fermentation 

110 mL Gin Tinctures Infused with Spruce tip - Post Fermentation 

110 mL Gin Tinctures Infused with Green Apple - Post Fermentation 

1pkg  Imperial Dry Hop

MASH STEPS.

Mash In: 66°C, 60 minutes
