CERVEZA WITH SALT, TAMARIND, AND LIME

As part of our 300 series, this is a fusion of styles: inspired by a classic Mexican light lager, a briny German gose, and a tart, Pulparindo-inspired sour, this beer was fermented with Kolsch yeast and conditioned on sea salt, tamarind, lime zest, and lime juice. Expect tangy, savoury, orangey tamarind aromas, a tart lemon-lime punch on the palate, and a satisfying drinkability that leaves you wanting more.

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

9lbs Canadian Pilsner Malt

2.2lbs Flaked Corn

1pkg K-97

0.5oz Mandarina Bavaria - WP

1oz Sea Salt - WP

2 limes – Zest & Juice - Post-fermentation

5oz Tamarind Concentrate

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 4.3 ABV

BITTERNESS: 5 IBU

MASH

65°C, 60min

 

FERMENTATION: 22°C

 

ALLERGENS: Barley, Corn, Lime, Tamarind
