A French-style Saison with notes of clove complemented by an addition of local, fresh-pressed ginger juice. a spicy twist on this classic style.  

Alcohol Content: 5.5 ABV

Bitterness: 21 IBU

10lbs Pilsner

8lbs Vienna Malt

2lbs Wheat Malt

2oz Goldings, BC - Boil 60 minutes

1oz Goldings, BC - Boil 15 minutes

2pkg Belle Saison

6oz French-pressed ginger juice - post fermentation 

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 66.5°C, 60 minutes
