The average bachelor’s degree takes 4 years; to celebrate our 4th birthday we launched The Graduate Series. Benifuki Dubbel is a bottle-conditioned beer and the first in this series. Made with O5 Tea’s Japanese black tea in the Belgian dubbel style with caramel and dark fruit flavours and aromas.

17.8lbs Belgian Pilsner

6.8lbs Belgian Biscuit

1.8lbs Aromatic Malt

1.8lbs Special B

0.8lbs Alber Candi Syrup - 60min boil

1oz Nugget - 60min boil

1oz Saaz - 5min boil

3oz - O5 Benifuki Black Tea - Whirpool

2pkgs Wyeast 3787

Alcohol Content: 7.5 ABV

Bitterness: 09 IBU

MASH STEPS.

Mash In: 64°C, 60 minutes
