WHITE IPA DRY-HOPPED WITH HOP HASH, 64 IBU

Experimental brew using hop hash (Amarillo/Mosaic) from Chilliwack Hop Farms.

Alcohol Content: 6.2 ABV

Bitterness: 64 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

13lbs Pilsner

7lbs Wheat Malt

1oz Centennial - Boil 60 minutes

1oz Chinook - Boil 60 minutes

1oz Centennial - Boil 15 minutes

1oz Chinook - Boil 15 minutes

1oz Centennial - Whirpool

1oz Chinook - Whirpool

1oz  - HOP HASH - Dry Hop 12 hours using recirculation

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 68°C, 60 minutes

MON - THURS:    2PM  - 10PM

FRI - SUN:    12PM  - 10PM
