Belgian style Ale with orange peel and coriander for a spicy bite. Dry hopped with Cashmere hops that gives this ale a smooth mandarin aroma.

Alcohol Content: 5.1 ABV

Bitterness: 27 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

11lbs Weyermann Pilsner

2lbs Wheat Malt

2lbs Carahell

0.8oz Magnum - Boil 60 minutes

1.3oz Bitter Orange Peel - Boil 15 minutes

2.0oz Coriander - Boil 15 minutes

500g Wyeast 3522 Ardennes Slurry

1.4oz Cashmere - Dry hop

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 66°C, 60 minutes

MON - WED:    2PM  - 9PM

THURS:    2PM  - 11PM

FRI - SAT:    12PM  - 11PM

SUN:    12PM  - 9PM
