9lbs Pale Malt

6.5lbs Wheat Malt

2lbs Carafoam

2lbs Munich 40

1oz Nugget - 60 min boil

0.75 oz Centennial - 15 min boil

0.5 oz Centennial - Flame out

2 oz Hallertau Tradition - Dry hop

1 pkg of US-05

Alcohol Content: 4.8 ABV

Bitterness: IBU

MASH STEPS.

Mash:  68.5 C,  60 mins
