TEA-INFUSED AMBER ALE
This Amber Ale, brewed with Tibetan tea, is made in collaboration with O5. The tea used is handcrafted under supervision of Gan Yu Xiang, a fourth-generation Chinese Master Craftsman. Notes of caramel, biscuit, and citrus from the brew blend perfectly with fruity, earthy, and woody notes from the Tibetan tea.

11lbs Pale 2 row

4.2lbs Munich 1 Malt

2.4lbs Crystal Light

1oz Nugget - Boil 60min

1oz Golding - Boil 5min

1oz Golding- Whirlpool

1oz O5 Tibetan Tea - Boil 20min

2pkgs Wyeast 1272

Alcohol Content: 4.5% ALC/VOL

Bitterness: 21 IBU

MASH STEPS

Mash: 64°C, 60 minutes
