LAGER DRY HOP WITH CITRA

 The lager is crisp, thirst quenching, and made with the classic West Coast Hop (Citra) that provides vibrant aromas of grapefruit, orange, and mango. 

This beer was brewed to bring people and ideas together along the Pacific Coast, from BC to BC.

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

16lbs Patagonia Pilsner Malt

2.1lbs Wheat Malt

1oz Magnum - Boil 60 minutes

1oz Citra - Boil 5 minutes

1oz Saaz - Boil 5 minutes

2pkgs Fermentis W34-70

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 64°C, 60 minutes

DRY HOP.

2oz Citra - Dry Hop

FERMENTATION.

12°C-15°C Diacetyl Rest

​

LAGER.

1°C.

Alcohol Content: 5.0 ABV

Bitterness: 25 IBU
