This strong golden Ale has a fruity nose and herbal notes from both Nugget and Golding hops. It has a light malty profile with complex malts, fruits and alcohol flavours.
Alcohol Content: 7.6 ABV
Bitterness: 43 IBU

23lbs Weyermann Pilsner
2.5lbs Carafoam
2.5lbs Wheat Malt
2.0oz Nugget - Boil 60 minutes
1.0oz Nugget - Boil 20 minutes
1.0oz Golding - Boil 5 minutes
1pkg Fermentis S-33
MASH STEPS.
Mash In: 65°C, 60 minutes
