Our own take on the traditional Czech Pilsner. Subtle earthy and citrus notes are coming from the Sterling hops.

Alcohol Content: 5.4 ABV

Bitterness: 33 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

9lbs Weyermann Pilsner

9lbs Canadian 2-Row

2.5lbs Wheat Malt

0.3oz Sterling - Boil 60 minutes

0.6oz Sterling - Boil 25 minutes

1.0oz Sterling - Boil 10 minutes

2.0oz Sterling - Whirlpool

2pkg Fermentis W34-70

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 66°C, 60 minutes

MON - WED:    2PM  - 9PM

THURS:    2PM  - 11PM

FRI - SAT:    12PM  - 11PM

SUN:    12PM  - 9PM
