Our beers are numbered using a system based on the way in which universities and colleges number courses by their degree of complexity and expertise. Each beer's corresponding number reflects the sophistication of its flavour profile. Lower numbers indicate a more entry-level beer, while higher numbers are reserved for more experimental and bold-flavoured beers.

RYE ISA, 41 IBU
ISA is a sessionable version of its "big brother", the IPA. We added rye malt in our ISA recipe to add a subtle note of spice and body to the beer.

This is the first in our series of single-hopped pale ales. Centennial hops offer a unique balance of floral and citrus.

Part of our single hopped series, this pale ale showcases Cascade hops with a unique floral, spicy and citrus character.
430 BELGIAN PALE ALE
PALE ALE, 27 IBU
Belgian style ale with orange peel and coriander for a spicy bite. Dry hopped with Cashmere which gives a smooth mandarin aroma.
435 AMARILLO HAZY PALE ALE
HAZY PALE ALE, 41 IBU
Inspired by the Spanish word for yellow, we created a bright, hazy, and refreshing pale ale. Dry-hopped with Amarillo, this beer packs a punch of peach, mango, and apricot.
449 ENGLISH BROWN ALE
BROWN ALE, 30 IBU
A sweet brown ale with citrus and pine notes from the Chinook hops. Delicate malty and toffee flavours from Crystal and CaraRed Malt.
488 TART PALE ALE
TART PALE ALE, 37 IBU
This beer combines the delicious aromas from a West Coast pale with a hint of tartness from a kettle sour. Citrus, tropical, and floral notes from the generous additions of Falconer's Flight hop blend is complemented by light malt flavours and a refreshing, tart finish.
495 WEST COAST RYE ALE
RYE ALE WITH UBC HOPS, 60 IBU
This ale is brewed with wet hops from UBC Farm. The rye malt adds a bite that balances the earthiness from the wet hops.
505 HOP HASH WHITE IPA
WHITE IPA DRY-HOPPED WITH HOP HASH, 64 IBU
This experimental brew was dry-hopped with hop hash (Amarillo/Mosaic) from Chilliwack Hop Farms. This wheat beer goes down smooth with aromas of citrus from the hash.
522 FRESH HOP ESB
EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER WITH FRESH HOPS, 30 IBU
This delicious robust malt backbone of toffee and caramel pairs perfectly with the aroma of fresh, earthy pine, from our local wet hops.
