6lbs Wheat Malt
1lbs Cara-Foam
150gr Fat Free Yoghurt
0.7oz Chinook - Boil 60 minutes
1pkg WB-06
3lbs Aseptic Raspberry Puree
Zest from 1-2 Lemons
MASH STEPS.
Mash: 66.0°C, 60 minutes
Sour: 40°C, 24 to 36 hours until pH reaches 3.6
Add raspberry puree and lemon zest at end of fermentation for 2-3 days.
