WET HOPPED DRY STOUT

This beer's dry stout base allows the fresh hops to stand out. The aroma consists of coffee, herbal and roasted notes.

Alcohol Content: 5.5 ABV

Bitterness: 48 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

20lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US

3lbs Roasted Barley

3lbs Golden Naked Oats

8oz Wet Nugget 60 min - Boil

8oz Wet Nugget 15 min - Boil

8oz Wet Nugget Flameout/Whirpool

1pkg Nottingham Yeast
