343 DRY-HOPPED SOUR
DRY-HOPPED SOUR

Dry-hopped Sours are sour beers dosed with hops after fermentation to impart the best aromatic qualities of the selected hops into the beer. The combination of fruity hop oils and tart beer creates a unique experience.

We took our classic “323 Sourweisse”, a kettle-soured wheat ale, and dry-hopped it with loads of Citra hops known for their potent and delicious character. The result is reminiscent of lemonade without the sweetness - a dry, punchy citrus bomb that will refresh you all summer.
