LAGER DRY HOP WITH CITRA

 The lager is crisp, thirst quenching, and made with the classic West Coast Hop (Citra) that provides vibrant aromas of grapefruit, orange, and mango. 

This beer was brewed to bring people and ideas together along the Pacific Coast, from BC to BC.

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

15.5lbs Patagonia Pilsner Malt

2.5lbs Carafoam 

1.0oz Magnum - Boil 60 minutes

2.0oz Citra - Whirlpool

2pkg Fermentis W34-70

MASH STEPS.

Mash: 62°C, 60 minutes

Notes: Boil 90 minutes

Alcohol Content: 5.0 ABV

Bitterness: 32 IBU
