INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.
15lbs Pilsner Malt
4lbs Vienna Malt
1lb Cara-Foam
1 oz Nugget - Boil 60 minutes
1pkg K-97
Alcohol Content: 5.0 ABV
Bitterness: 18 IBU
MASH STEPS.
Mash: 66.5°C, 60 minutes
FERMENTATION
Fermentation: 19°C
Lagering: 1°C
