LAGER WITH CHILEAN MALTS 

Our first lager brewed with malt from Patagonia, Chile. This crisp and fresh lager is a typical lager with pleasant herbal, earthy and floral overtones from the Saaz hops.  

Alcohol Content: 5.0 ABV

Bitterness: 25 IBU

INGREDIENTS - 10 GAL.

19lbs Patagonia Pilsner Malt

2.5lbs Wheat Malt

1.0oz Magnum - Boil 60 minutes

2.0oz Saaz - Boil 5 minutes

2pkg Fermentis W34-70

Mash: 64°C, 60 minutes
